Testimonials <div style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"></div>I have had both the Romaine and the Butterhead and have very much enjoyed them both. I didn't even really know what lettuce tasted like until I had yours. It is so fresh and tender until the last of it was gone from my fridge. My heads lasted about 2 weeks (before we ate them all) and the last leaves eaten tasted just as fresh as the first. There was no browning of leaves and therefore no waste. Wonderful! It makes me want to eat healthy all the time. Thanks for offering this area such a quality product.~AmyWe just left having a tour of your facility. What a great experience. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experiences in farming with us. We really learned a lot from this time walking through the greenhouses. While I personally am not a regular eater of greens, I tried the lettuce and I could immediately tell the difference between your lettuce and that bought in a store which is not hydroponically grown. Your lettuce is far superior and if I were local it would make me a regular customer and eater of greens.
